All products offered by Watch Band Empire are manufactured to a high standard however if you need to return an item then please follow the guidelines below.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will of course cover the return shipping on these type of issues.
For change of mind purchases you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for a $7.99 shipment and handling fee to be deducted from your overall refund.
If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as Watch Band Empire cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Most items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your item. Please note the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is damaged or faulty. We are not responsible for any purchase after 30 days period.
Once the item has been received it will be inspected by our return department, and you'll be issued with a replacement or refund within 3-5 working days.
